We want you to love your Scandibørn products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill.

  • We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging we can offer you a full refund.
  • Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal HERE .
  • Please include your returns slip which can be printed HERE.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.

Other Information

  • Sale Items: We do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
  • Furniture: We can not accept returns on furniture items unless they are faulty. If there are any issues please contact us in writing at info@scandiborn.com.
  • Special/Customised orders: These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.
