Returns, Exchanges, & Damaged Products
- Returns can be requested HERE
- We are happy to accept returns for full refund within 30 days of receipt, provided that we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging. If it’s been a bit longer, go ahead and submit a request and we’ll see what we can do to help.
- Items must be unused and in perfect, resalable condition.
- For a refund to original payment method, customer is responsible for the shipping label and cost.
- For a refund of store credit, we will provide you with a pre-paid label and cover the cost of shipping.

Damaged or Faulty Products
- If you received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know HERE
- We would be happy to get you a free replacement or a store credit for a discount on your order (no expiration).
Sale Items: We do not accept returns on sale unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
Furniture: We cannot accept returns on furniture items unless they are faulty. If there are any issues with these products, please fill out our damages form HERE
Special/Customized orders (including made-to-order Furniture): These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product. If there are any issues with these products, please fill out our damages form HERE
