We want you to love your Scandibørn products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill.
- We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging we can offer you a full refund.
- Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal HERE .
- Please include your returns slip which can be printed HERE.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.
Other Information
- Sale Items: We do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
- Furniture: We can not accept returns on furniture items unless they are faulty. If there are any issues please contact us in writing at info@scandiborn.com.
- Special/Customised orders: These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.

The Banwood Trike is the most stylish trike on the market. Suitable from 2 years up it ticks all the boxes for your toddler's first wheels. It comes with a detachable push handle to help your little one get started.
The grips are made from vegan leather, easy to wipe off and the pedals and seat is made from oak wood with a soft padding for a comfy ride. They can bring their favourite doll or teddy along, ready to start their adventures!
