We want you to love your Scandibørn products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill.

  • We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging we can offer you a full refund.
  • Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal HERE .
  • Please include your returns slip which can be printed HERE.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.

Other Information

  • Sale Items: We do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
  • Furniture: We can not accept returns on furniture items unless they are faulty. If there are any issues please contact us in writing at info@scandiborn.com.
  • Special/Customised orders: These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.

In most cases we will price match other retailers, but before requesting, please have a look at our criteria:

  • The product(s) must be the identical size/colour, make and model to the one we offer.
  • The product(s) must be in stock at the other retailer and delivery must be within the same timelines, US stores only.

  • The price match will take into account delivery charges from the other retailer.

Googy is a design led take on a conventional rocking horse. A statement piece for a Playroom, Child's bedroom or living room.

Small - For Toddler 1.5 - 4 years

Large - For ages 4 and up

It is designed to provide fun, safety and comfort: it is well cushioned, sturdy, with rounded edges.

Maintenance:

We recommend vacuuming your Googy using a curtain or upholstery brush attachment. Start cleaning the upholstery as soon you see that regular dusting is no longer adequate. It is recommend you use a quality fabric cleaner every 3 months.
