We want you to love your Scandibørn products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill.

  • We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging we can offer you a full refund.
  • Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal HERE .
  • Please include your returns slip which can be printed HERE.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.

Other Information

  • Sale Items: We do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
  • Furniture: We can not accept returns on furniture items unless they are faulty. If there are any issues please contact us in writing at info@scandiborn.com.
  • Special/Customised orders: These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.

In most cases we will price match other retailers, but before requesting, please have a look at our criteria:

  • The product(s) must be the identical size/colour, make and model to the one we offer.
  • The product(s) must be in stock at the other retailer and delivery must be within the same timelines, US stores only.
  • The price match will take into account any other offers used at Scandibørn.
  • The price match will take into account delivery charges from the other retailer.

Scandibørn ships to almost all countries worldwide and we even offer free international shipping on some products. 

However if you are in certain countries (such as Australia, the USA or Dubai) you may not be able to select shipping for large products through the standard checkout process.

This is due to some larger products needing specialist shipping to these destinations
