We want you to love your Scandibørn products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill.

  • We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging we can offer you a full refund.
  • Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal HERE .
  • Please include your returns slip which can be printed HERE.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.

Other Information

  • Sale Items: We do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
  • Furniture: We can not accept returns on furniture items unless they are faulty. If there are any issues please contact us in writing at info@scandiborn.com.
  • Special/Customised orders: These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.

In most cases we will price match other retailers, but before requesting, please have a look at our criteria:

  • The product(s) must be the identical size/colour, make and model to the one we offer.
  • The product(s) must be in stock at the other retailer and delivery must be within the same timelines, US stores only.
  • The price match will take into account any other offers used at Scandibørn.

Super soft and cute socks with a little panda face on the feet, which will hopefully make getting dressed a lot more fun. The Sofia socks are elastic and very comfortable to wear. They come in three different sizes; one for each new big step.

Machine wash by 40 degrees • Do not tumble dry • Do not bleach • Iron at medium heat • Do not dry clean • Wash before use to extend the durability • Wash inside out • Wash with similar colours

We recommend to treat your LIEWOOD  product with care. The organic fabric and colouring used during manufacturing of the product will stay beautiful longer if washed on low temperatures, which will also save resources while thinking of the environment.

Please wash your new Liewood socks and stockings inside out before use.
As they are made of Oekotex certified cotton yarns, they do not have a chemical finishing to avoid peeling completely. The inside out wash before use minimizes the risk of peeling and will extend the life of your new socks and stockings.
